WAITE, J.

{¶1} Appellant James Tribble appeals his resentencing on a probation violation stemming from his conviction for having a weapon while under a disability and improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle. At his initial sentencing, the Mahoning County Court of Common Pleas imposed a five-year prison term, held the prison term in abeyance, and placed Appellant in an in-house program to treat his substance abuse issues...
