{¶1} The defendant-appellant, Jason Ingram, appeals the Allen County Common Pleas Court's July 17, 2008 judgment entry of conviction and sentencing. On appeal, Ingram contends that the trial court erred when it instructed the jury; that his convictions were against the manifest weight of the evidence; and that the trial court erred in imposing sentence.
