¶{1} Defendant-appellant Victor Peeples appeals from his felonious assault conviction entered in the Mahoning County Common Pleas Court. Appellant's main allegation is that the trial court admitted testimonial evidence in violation of the Confrontation Clause and that even if such evidence was not testimonial, it was inadmissible hearsay.
