OPINION

FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Michael Allen pled no contest to possession of crack cocaine, in an amount equal to or more than five grams but less than ten grams, after the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas overruled his motion to suppress evidence. The trial court found him guilty, and it sentenced Allen to one year in prison, suspended his driver's license for one year, and ordered him to pay a mandatory fine...
