{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Kenneth E. Saunders, filed February 8, 2008. On June 22, 2007, Saunders was indicted on one count of possession of crack cocaine, in an amount greater than 10 grams but less than 25 grams, in violation of R.C. 2925.11(A), a felony of the second degree.
