{¶1} On November 30, 2007, the Licking County Grand Jury indicted appellant, Abubakarr Savage, on two counts of aggravated robbery with a firearm specification in violation of R.C. 2911.01, R.C. 2929.14, and R.C. 2941.145, and one count of trafficking in marijuana in violation of R.C. 2925.03.
