OPINION

SADLER, J.

{¶1} Appellant, David A. Speakman ("appellant"), filed these consolidated appeals seeking reversal of judgments by the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas sentencing him to 12 years of incarceration and awarding him no jail time credit towards the sentence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
