OPINION

BRYANT, J.

{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Robert A. Stone, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas finding him guilty of one count of failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer in violation of R.C. 2921.331, a third-degree felony. Because sufficient evidence and the manifest weight of the evidence both support the trial court's judgment, we affirm.
