{¶ 1} Appellant, the state of Ohio, appeals, pursuant to Crim.R. 12(K), from an order of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas granting defendant-appellee, Tyree Acy's, motion to suppress evidence obtained from a warrantless search of his person and vehicle.
