JOURNAL ENTRY AND OPINION

MARY J. BOYLE, J.:

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Alden Douglas, appeals from a judgment resentencing him to twelve years in prison. Finding no merit to the appeal, we affirm.

{¶ 2} Douglas was originally indicted in February 2004 on two counts of felonious assault with notice of prior conviction and repeat violent offender specifications attached to both counts.1
