{¶1} Appellants, Ernest Angley ("Angley"), Grace Cathedral, Inc. ("Grace"), and Winston Broadcasting, Inc. ("Winston"), appeal the judgment of the Summit County Court of Common Pleas which granted Appellee, Stephen Nelson's ("Nelson"), motion for relief from judgment pursuant to Civ. R. 60(B).
