OPINION

BRESSLER, J.

{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Bridget Groves, appeals a decision of the Clermont County Court of Common Pleas, Domestic Relations Division, overruling her objections to a magistrate's decision terminating the child support obligation of defendant-appellee, Toby Groves. For the reasons outlined below, we reverse the decision of the trial court and remand.1
