{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Sarah Nye ("Nye"), appeals the trial court's granting of summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee, M.G.K. of Ohio, Inc. ("MGK"). Finding no merit to the appeal, we affirm.
