{¶1} Appellant, Ralph L. Brooks, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas affirming an order of appellee, Ohio Department of Job and Family Services ("ODJFS"), denying appellant's application for unemployment compensation benefits. Because the decision is not unlawful, unreasonable or against the manifest weight of the evidence, we affirm.
