{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Yonder B. Gordon, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting the motions of defendants-appellees, OM Financial Life Insurance Company ("OM Financial") and Michael J. Preisser ("Preisser"), to stay proceedings pending arbitration. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
