Scaccia and his former wife, Cynthia Scaccia (collectively, "the Scaccias"), appeal from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which granted summary judgment to Dayton Newspapers, Inc. and a number of its employees (collectively, "DNI") on the Scaccias' defamation claim.
