¶{1} Plaintiffs-appellants John Doyle and Kathleen Golubric appeal the decision of County Court No. 5, which granted the motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction filed by defendants-appellees Susan and Steven Morgan. The issue before this court is whether an Ohio trial court has jurisdiction in a civil action for the recovery of the following two types of personalty that previously belonged to the parties' decedent...
