{¶1} Amber Hong ran a red light and collided with a car that Catharine Scott was driving. According to Ms. Scott, she began experiencing numbness and pain in her left arm and hand a few hours after the collision. For the next two and a half years, she sought treatment from a number of doctors to no avail. A specialist eventually diagnosed her with thoracic outlet syndrome...
