{¶ 1} Appellant, Dickson & Campbell, L.L.C. appeals a judgment of the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas affirming an administrative decision by the Cleveland Municipal Court's Parking Violations Bureau, Photo Safety Division, finding Dickson & Campbell liable for two speeding violations. For the following reasons, we reverse and remand.
