RINGLAND, J.
{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Countrywide Home Loans, appeals a decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas denying its motion for summary judgment in a case involving property subject to a foreclosure action filed by plaintiff-appellee, Ford Homes, Inc. For the reasons outlined below, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
