{¶ 1} Appellant, Warren Long, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas affirming the order of the State Personnel Board of Review ("SPBR"), which affirmed appellant's removal from his position with appellee, Ohio Department of Job & Family Services ("ODJFS").
