{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, Stacey R. Lewis ("Lewis"), appeals from the judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, in which that court entered summary judgment against Lewis on her claim for negligence against defendant-appellee, Kelly Hayes ("Hayes"), and dismissed her claim for negligence against an individual identified in the complaint as "Joe Doe," and her claim against Hayes asserting derivative liability...
