{¶1} Norman H. Lawton, defendant-appellant, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas finding appellant in contempt and awarding to plaintiff-appellee, Katherine S. Howard, attorneys fees. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
