{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant, Carol E. Goodyear ("plaintiff"), appeals the trial court's denial of her motion for default judgment and its grant of the partial motion to dismiss and motion for summary judgment of defendant-appellee, Waco Holdings, Inc., et al.
