{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Jesus Sevilla ("appellant"), appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in which the court denied his petition for postconviction relief. Appellant was convicted of murder and attempted murder, as well as the firearm specification for each count. Appellant was sentenced accordingly, and we affirmed his convictions on June 7, 2007.
