{¶1} On April 10, 2008, appellant, Christopher Reynolds, filed an amended complaint against appellees, Akron-Canton Regional Airport Authority and Akron-Canton Regional Airport Authority Board of Trustees. Appellant owns property contiguous to property belonging to the Akron-Canton Airport.
