{¶1} Defendants-appellants/cross-appellees, Phillip S. Hubbell, et al., appeal a judgment of the Warren County Court of Common Pleas, awarding $301,700 in damages to plaintiffs-appellees/cross-appellants, Fairbanks Mobile Wash, Inc. and Hubbell's Cleaning Systems, Inc., on their claims for fraud and conversion.
