{¶1} Appellants, Elaine M. and Donald G. Lumley, appeal from the August 30, 2007 judgment entry of the Portage County Court of Common Pleas granting the motion for summary judgment of appellees, Marc Glassman, Inc. and Marc Glassman, Inc., d.b.a. Marc's (collectively "Marc's"). For the foregoing reasons, we affirm the judgment of the trial court.
