{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the consolidated Notices of Appeal of Glenda S. Hall-Davis, filed February 8, 2008. On or about January 5, 2000, Hall-Davis was injured at her workplace, Honeywell, Inc. ("Honeywell").
