{¶1} This is an appeal by defendant-appellant, Briggs Road Shopping Center Corp., from a judgment of the Franklin County Municipal Court, Environmental Division, declaring a building owned by appellant to be a public nuisance, and granting the request of plaintiff-appellee, City of Columbus ("city), for a permanent injunction ordering the building to be demolished.
