WOLFF, J.

{¶ 1} Joseph M. Rieger appeals, pro se, from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which dismissed his claim against the Montgomery County Clerk of Courts for defamation and for violation of a federal statute regarding the posting of protective orders on the Internet.
