OPINION

WOLFF, J.

{¶ 1} Shane Ramey was indicted for aggravated murder with specifications, felony murder, having a weapon under disability, and attempted aggravated murder with a specification. The jury found Ramey guilty of having a weapon under disability and not guilty of the other charges. The trial court sentenced Ramey to five years imprisonment, the maximum sentence for having a weapon under disability.
