BROGAN, J.
{¶ 1} Mark Musselman appeals from his conviction and sentence on one count of engaging in a pattern of corrupt activity, one count of aggravated theft by deception, and numerous counts of forgery involving a value of more than $100,000, forgery involving a value of between $5,000 and $100,000, and tampering with government records.
