{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Lou Ellen Key, filed January 15, 2008. On July 24, 2007, Key was charged by way of complaint with soliciting, in violation of R.C. 2907.24(A), a misdemeanor of the third degree, and with loitering, in violation of R.C. 2907.241(A)(1), a misdemeanor of the third degree.
