{¶ 1} This is an appeal of a judgment on the pleadings. The issue was whether certain corporations, not direct signatories to an arbitration agreement, may be bound by the agreement. The trial court determined that one of the two plaintiffs was not subject to the arbitration agreement and then stayed any further action in the case until the resolution of the arbitration, which was already in progress.
