{¶ 1} Appellants and cross-appellees, Thomas Casey and Vince Casey, appeal the dismissal of their fraud claim against appellee and cross-appellant Msgr. Robert Reidy. Appellants allege that Reidy sexually assaulted them on several occasions between 1965 and 1968.
