{¶1} Defendant-appellant, Kristy Lyons nka Merril, appeals the Judgment Entry of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, overruling her objections to the Magistrate's Decision and awarding plaintiff-appellee, Brian C. Waszkowski, visitation and companionship rights with respect to her son, Mason. For the following reasons, we affirm the decision of the court below.
