{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Ottawa County Municipal Court, following a jury trial, in which appellant, Mark Zaciek, was found guilty of one count of violating a protection order, in violation of R.C. 2919.27(A). On appeal, appellant sets forth the following three assignments of error:
