{¶ 1} In 1993, Ronald L. Kendrick pleaded guilty to 35 hunting-related violations of the Revised Code. Nearly 15 years later, he filed a collateral attack on the portion of the trial court's sentence that permanently revoked his right to obtain a hunting or fishing license.
