OPINION

GRADY, J.

{¶ 1}Defendant, Aaron Whitfield, appeals from his conviction and sentence for aggravated murder and aggravated robbery.

{¶ 2}Defendant Whitfield, along with Alexandre Pendergrass, Anthony Dominick and Otis Smith, devised a scheme to rob a Dayton clothing store, Nasru Fashions, located at 1937 N. Main Street. Defendant selected Nasru Fashions as the target for the robbery.
