{¶ 1} Defendant, Marah Rice, appeals from her conviction and sentence for possession of heroin, possession of marijuana, and possession of cocaine.

{¶ 2} In the fall of 2007, defendant Rice and Christopher Wells shared an apartment in Urbana. On September 20, 2007, Wells overdosed on a combination of drugs. Paramedics and police officers responded to defendant's call for help. Police searched the apartment...
