WOLFF, J.

{¶ 1} Eric A. Lewis pled no contest to fourteen counts of dogfighting, all fourth degree felonies, and three counts of possession of criminal tools, all fifth degree felonies, in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas. The court had previously overruled Lewis' motion to suppress evidence. The trial court sentenced him to one year in prison on each count, to be served concurrently, and it ordered...
