{¶1} Defendant-Appellant, Goodman Realty Corporation, appeals from the judgment of the Hancock County Court of Common Pleas granting it a judgment of $10,000 plus simple interest at a rate of ten percent per annum from March 13, 1992, on a note secured by a mortgage.
