{¶1} Appellant, Anthony Jerome Smith, appeals the judgment entered by the Trumbull County Court of Common Pleas. Upon remand from this court, the trial court sentenced Smith to an aggregate prison term of 21 years for his convictions for aggravated robbery, with repeat violent offender and firearm specifications, and having a weapon while under disability.
