MARY JANE TRAPP, J.

{¶1} Appellant, Samie Saleh Al Rakaf, appeals from the judgment of the Portage County Municipal Court, Kent Division, which denied his motion to suppress, finding that the arresting officers had a reasonable articulable suspicion to stop his vehicle and investigate further based on an incident that occurred earlier in the night by another officer.
