OPINION

COLLEEN MARY O'TOOLE, J.

{¶1} Millonzi International Products Group, Inc., and John O. Millonzi appeal from the judgment of the Lake County Court of Common Pleas, entered following bench trial in a breach of contract action, and awarding Deming IX, LLC $122,194.33 in damages, plus court costs. We affirm.
