McManamon, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting the Civ.R. 12(B)(6) motion of defendants-appellees, the Ohio Department of Insurance ("ODI"), Calfee, Halter & Griswold ("Calfee"), and ODI employees David S.
