{¶1} Plaintiff-appellant, State of Ohio, appeals from the judgment entry of the Portage County Common Pleas Court, in which defendant-appellee, Laura Schmucker's Motion to Suppress was granted. For the following reasons, we reverse the decision and remand the case to the court below for further proceedings consistent with this Opinion.
