{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, John Jackson, appeals the August 2, 2007 judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas which, following appellant's no contest plea to two counts of aggravated robbery, sentenced appellant to 17 years of imprisonment. For the reasons that follow, we affirm the trial court's judgment.
