{¶ 1} This is an appeal from a judgment of the Fulton County Court of Common Pleas that sentenced appellant on four counts of importuning following his plea of guilty, imposed sentence and found appellant to be a Tier I sex offender. For the following reasons, the judgment of the trial court is affirmed.
